Acceptable Use & Safety

Prohibited Uses

You may use our products only for lawful, non-abusive purposes and in accordance with applicable platform rules (e.g., Google or Apple). You must not use our products to:

• generate, publish, transmit or record content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or pornographic;

• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights (use only text/media you have rights to);

• impersonate others, mislead or deceive, or conduct spam/robocalls/bulk messaging;

• create deepfakes, voice cloning, or other synthetic media that could mislead or harm others;

• generate or distribute malware, phishing, or instructions to commit illegal acts;

• any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) or exploitation;

• bypass DRM, technical protections, or platform terms;

• collect or process personal data without a proper legal basis or required consent.

Product-Specific Rules

• TTS / Audio generation. No voice cloning. Not for spam/robocalls. Use only text you have rights to.
• Screen recording. Record only where you have permission and legal right to do so; comply with one-party/two-party consent laws in your jurisdiction.

Enforcement & Reporting

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access on suspected abuse, fraud, or legal request. Users are responsible for their content and for complying with applicable laws.
